[Case Study] Autonomous Driving System

By utilizing work rest slides and automatic dimensioning devices, the supply of workpieces to the machine and dimension management have been automated!

We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of an "unmanned driving system." Before the implementation, there was a challenge where operators could not leave the vicinity of the equipment due to manual tasks such as maintenance and intervention. After the implementation, it became possible to operate unmanned for up to 50 minutes. Furthermore, by increasing the number of pallets in the palletizing device, the duration of unmanned operation can be further extended.
